Steve Dalton is the author of The 2-Hour Job Search and The Job Closer, both Amazon #1 bestsellers used at over 100 universities worldwide. A former Duke MBA career coach, he developed a step-by-step networking system during the 2008 financial crisis to simplify job searches for students. Through his company, Contact2Colleague, Dalton now delivers workshops and keynotes for universities and Fortune 500 companies focused on hiring, retention, and career advancement. His work has been featured in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune. Dalton holds an MBA from Duke and a chemical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University.
