This two-hour AAUW workshop provides students with the skills needed to negotiate their first salary.

This workshop will: 1) Provide students with the skills needed to negotiate their first salary, 2) Educate students on how to construct a budget and do city cost comparisons and 3) Define the wage gap, and how it impacts everyone (not just women). Determine what can be done to combat the wage gap.
