We will hike scenic Buzzard's Roost as we stop along the way to practice asanas. In this class, we will focus on breathing, deep presence, and attunement to our bodies. We will practice yoga poses that allow our bodies to get rid of the things that no longer serve us so that we can bring back positive energy into our lives. We will also explore yoga-based recovery stretches designed for hiking. The hike will end with a light meditation practice where we will practice focused concentration in order to bring ourselves back to the present moment. From this workshop, you will take away yoga poses, stretches, and meditative tools to help reduce the stressors and anxiety of everyday life in order to bring back the positive energy in our bodies that we are each worthy of.

Max. Enrollment: 15
Cost: $12
