Biological & Biomedical Seminar | Detecting Signals of Local Adaptation: A case study with Desert Horned Lizard, April 3
The Biological Sciences & Biomedical Sciences Research Seminar Series features Tereza Jezkova of Miami University discussing "Detecting Signals of Local Adaptation: A case study with Desert Horned Lizard" on Monday, April 3, at 4 p.m. in Irvine 159 and on Teams.
Jezkova is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at Miami University.
Abstract: My lab uses an integrative approach to study local adaptation of populations to their environment. We use both observational and experimental approaches and focus on both genotype and phenotype, and the link between them. In my talk, I will present our findings for the desert horned lizard.
