Join us for a special session in our Dissertation Writing Support Series featuring Dr. Tatiana Suspitsyna, Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at The Ohio State University. This lunchtime talk will focus on the art of crafting a compelling literature review—a critical component of the dissertation process.
Dr. Suspitsyna's talk will discuss chronological, thematic, and methodological approaches to creating literature reviews with a special focus on conveying the authority and credibility of the thesis and dissertation writers. We will examine literature review samples from peer-review journals and identify formulas for successful reviews that communicate the authors' voice and expertise. This lecture is open to graduate and HTC students across disciplines. Bring your questions, and feel free to eat lunch during the session!
