About the Community Health Worker Training:

This program prepares you to be a trusted advocate that can make a difference in your community. As a health worker, you can assist others by bridging the gap that currently exists between residents and health providers.

You can be on the front lines of health equity and help your neighbors with existing health issues.

The program is FREE - no cost to participants.
