Drop-in to learn a coping strategy and connect with peers! While non-arts-based coping skills can be learned and practiced in this space, there will be an emphasis on using music, art, and writing. No experience is needed, and no advance notice is required -- just show up! 
 

There is no limit for how often you can use this service, and you do not have to be a client of Counseling & Psychological Services to attend. This service does not replace individual or group mental health treatment.
