This 45-minute cycle class will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs and intervals. There is no complicated choreography with easy to learn techniques. Intensity is controlled by you, making cycling appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.
Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
