This panel discussion will highlight experiences of faculty who are striving to practice inclusive pedagogy and are examining the impact it has on them as individuals, as well as how they have managed the hurdles. Panelists will provide examples of how they have been able to manage the impact on student evaluations, emotional tolls, and/or tokenization. These conversations will be simultaneously navigated on institutional, interpersonal, and very personal (embodied) levels.

This session is being offered as part of the Ohio Professional Development Consortium's Inclusive Teaching in Higher Education Endorsement. To learn more, please visit: https://drakeinstitute.osu.edu/ohio-professional-development-consortium
