DEIABJ Workshop (DDI and Provost's Office)

This workshop explores how the people around us have influenced our ability to demonstrate the six signature traits of inclusive leadership (Deloitte, 2016). Participants will gain an understanding on how they can role model inclusion intentionally and confidently in different environments and roles. This workshop is designed to train-the-trainer, where participants will be able to facilitate similar sessions as part of their own classes, meetings, workshops, seminars, etc. Upon completion, participants will be provided workshop materials that can be adapted for in-person, hybrid, and/or virtual modalities.
