"Diversity, Equity and Justice in Elementary Mathematics Education: What it can look like in research and practice" is an invited talk/presentation and will be hosted by the Committee of Diversity, Equity and Social Justice in the Patton College of Education. This presentation will be given by Dr. Courtney Koestler, a faculty member in the college's Department of Teacher Education. In this presentation, Dr. Koestler will share their recent work in mathematics education related to diversity, equity and justice in elementary classrooms and elementary teacher education courses.
