The Eco Challenge is a semester-long, cross-disciplinary, team-based leadership experiential simulation focused on sustainability. It extends beyond the classroom as students engage stakeholders, visit sites, and develop a sustainability project with defined criteria for success stakeholder buy-in. In teams, students work on a real-world sustainability issue on the Athens campus or in the surrounding community, envision solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and present actionable pitches.
