About this EventAdd to calendar
The Ohio University Alumni Association is excited to introduce you to the next installment in our virtual series, Empower Hour! This is a bi-weekly event that takes place on Wednesdays from 1-2 p.m. EST.
Empower Hour is a program that explores important and relevant topics centered around the theme of continued personal growth and education. We want to equip OHIO alumni with the knowledge they need to become their best selves!
This Empower Hour segment is called "Finding Your Fuel Stations to Empower Your Best Self." What empowers you? Prioritizing your energy or internal vibe is essential when striving for your best self, as there are many attempts throughout the day to drag you down. Join JJ DiGeronimo for our Empower Hour as she shares proven energy techniques to align with your natural fuel stations.
This hour will highlight:
A 1995 graduate from McClure school with a Comm Systems Management Degree, JJ DiGeronimo shares effective leadership and inclusion strategies to retain, develop, and advance professional women. Coined as a gender diversity expert and women in business advocate, JJ provides strategies, best practices, and action-based techniques in her recent book “Accelerate Your Impact,” which complements her 2011 book, “The Working Woman’s GPS.” JJ has been quoted in numerous publications, including Forbes, Inc.
