Doctoral candidate in the Higher Education and Student Affairs, Anna-Kaye Rowe, discusses her research into the processes and experiences involved in the post-graduate transitions of international doctoral graduates. Her study provides an opportunity to contribute to the discourse on the assets and resources commonly used to balance the deficit narrative often prevalent concerning international students in the literature.
