Ohio University is committed to putting experiential learning within reach for all students. Toward that goal, awards and grants are available to support students in pursuing experiences such as internships, community engagement, research, creative activity and study abroad, and to support faculty/staff in providing them. Funding opportunities are available on regional campuses and the Athens campus.

Undergraduate Experiential Learning Awards are available to individual undergraduate students. Students may apply for any amount between $100-$1,500.

• Application submission deadline: March 20, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
• Notification of award: April 30, 2026
• Information Sessions: Students are welcome to attend one of the following information sessions, but attendance is not a pre-requisite/requirement for applying.
