Ohio University Chillicothe, in partnership with WOUB Public Media and the Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library, will host a screening of the first episode of Foothills Features, a new magazine show from WOUB Public Media showcasing the sights, sounds and stories of our region. Episode 1 debuted this spring and features stories on the Ohio corridor: the history and impact of the Zanesville Y Bridge; the legacies of some Southeast Ohio high school football players, coaches and teams that go well beyond the game; a history of the area surrounding the Moonville Tunnel; and the channelization of the Hocking River through Athens. The program’s producer/director Chris Flanery will answer questions from the audience.
