The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is a nationally-competitive award sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. This scholarship, up to $5,000, aims to broaden the student population that studies and interns abroad by supporting undergraduates who might not otherwise participate due to financial constraints and is open to Pell-eligible undergraduate students.

Gilman Application deadline is October 6, 2022 for programs beginning between December 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023. This cycle encompasses Winter Break 2022-2023, Spring Break 2023, Spring 2023, Summer 2023, Fall 2023, and Academic Year 2023-2024 program.
