This introductory meditation workshop is designed for beginners and the meditation-curious. Participants will be guided through simple, accessible meditation techniques that support stress reduction, emotional balance, and mental clarity. The session will explore what meditation is (and what it isn’t), how to work with distractions, and how to build a short, realistic practice that fits into daily life. No prior experience is needed, and all practices are gentle and adaptable. This one-time workshop offers practical tools students can immediately apply to support focus, resilience, and overall well-being.
