(Except for the first Saturday, class meets every Saturday in July.)  HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 45-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time. Exercises can include cardio, strength, plyometric movement, or a combination of each. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal amount of time.

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
