About this Event
The Institute for Applied and Professional Ethics presents a lecture on "Narrating the Media through an Ethical Lens: Lessons from New Media Technology History," at 6 p.m. on Feb. 28.
In this IAPE virtual lecture, Dr. Peter Joseph Gloviczki (Ph.D. Mass Communication) will explore narrating the media through an ethical lens. Drawing upon the work of Clifford Christians, Michel de Certeau, Stuart Hall and Susan Wendell, Gloviczki will share lessons from new media technology history spanning 1989-2018. Approximately half of our time together will be reserved for audience questions and shared dialogue. Students, scholars and members of the general public are all invited to contribute and participate in the conversation.
