Are you looking for a unique, hands-on cultural experience? Join Friends of Korea at KMA for an exclusive Hanji Workshop Using the Joomchi Technique with renowned artist and paper advocate, Aimee Lee.

This isn't just a lecture—it's a chance to learn a traditional Korean paper craft method called Joomchi. Ms. Lee, an Ohio Arts Council Heritage Fellow and author of the award-winning book Hanji Unfurled, will guide you through this ancient craft. Her work is celebrated internationally and collected by major museums like the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art.

Whether you are a student, an artist, or simply curious about Korean culture, this is an incredible opportunity to learn from a master.

Registration is required via the Friends of Korea by clicking this link and is strictly limited to 35 participants. A $10 material fee will be collected at the event.
