This workshop helps participants understand the responsibilities that come with being a manager of bargaining unit employees.  The goal of this workshop is to develop participants’ confidence in executing their duties and clarify their understanding of when to pause, evaluate and reach out for help and whom to contact.

Recommended for supervisors overseeing employees who are members of a collective bargaining agreement.
