Join Ohio University student and personal trainer Brooke Webb for a 20-minute movement break to start your week off strong. This session is open to all fitness types and won’t get you too sweaty for the rest of the day.

As a personal trainer for Ohio University WellWorks, Brooke and her fellow student trainers offer in-person and virtual personal training to a variety of fitness levels. Stick around after the movement break to learn more about Brooke’s experience at Ohio University and how to snag a student trainer to support your well-being goals.

This Movement Break will be a low-risk activity. Though, any activity can present potential risks. Participants release Ohio University and WellWorks from liability for any harm, injury or damage caused by this program. Further, participants are encouraged to seek the advice of a physician regarding their physical ability to participate.
