In this workshop, participants will practice using constructive dialogue to address challenging workplace situations with clarity and confidence. The session explores strategies for remaining neutral when emotions are high and adapting communication approaches to meet the needs of different individuals. By the end of the workshop, participants will be better equipped to approach difficult conversations with intention and skill. 

Recommended for those exploring leadership for the first time, preparing to take the next step, and currently in leadership positions.
