OHIO Career Kickstarter is a two-day in-person program for recent graduates who are still job searching. The job search process can be challenging, and you don’t need to do it alone! 

This program provides a mix of classroom-style sessions on topics like resume writing, interviewing, and networking and one-on-one and small group coaching with a career coach. 

Every participant will leave the program with the following: 

• an updated resume that has been reviewed by a career coach and by an AI review tool that includes an applicant tracking system;
• an elevator pitch that has been practiced and critiqued;
• a mock interview with a career coach and feedback about ways to improve their interview skills;
• a new headshot;
• an updated LinkedIn account;
• at least three connections with individuals in their desired industry/company on LinkedIn/Bobcat Network;
• and three follow-up career coaching appointments.
