Life gets busy, and stress can build before you even notice.

Pause is a 30-minute virtual session led by Dr. Kristin Chamberlain, a Patton College of Education faculty expert in mindfulness and wellbeing. Gentle chair-based movement and guided mindfulness techniques help you reset in the moment and leave with tools you can use immediately, wherever you are. No prior experience needed.

This session kicks off Patton Beyond the Classroom, a series extending Patton’s real-world, people-centered faculty expertise to alumni. Look forward to additional sessions that continue the conversation, provide practical strategies, and offer meaningful ways to connect with fellow alumni.

Bonus: All registered attendees will be entered to win one of two mindfulness-inspired giveaways: a calming tea + mug set, or an essential oil diffuser with a starter oil pack designed to support your stress-reset practice beyond the session.
