Calibration is a critical component of our performance management process. This session will help you build a shared understanding of rating definitions for the performance evaluation to ensure consistency across teams. You will identify behaviors and outcomes that align with each rating level and engage in discussions using performance examples. By aligning performance ratings across team, the calibration helps all of us drive for consistency, reduce bias, and reinforce a culture of fairness and accountability.
