(Class meets every Thursday in July.)  This four-class series is designed to improve your cardiovascular performance by using the rhythm of high-tempo EDM, Pop, and rap songs to get you moving. The class is a 45-minutes long with active rest periods on the bike to keep your heart rate up while burning through those calories. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!


Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
