  the cadaver laboratory in collaboration with Dr. Rohl\, his trauma team\,
  and orthopedic residents. This interactive session is designed to introdu
 ce medical students to foundational orthopedic principles through guided s
 awbones practice and cadaver-based demonstrations.\n\nParticipants will ha
 ve the opportunity to work alongside residents and faculty while gaining e
 xposure to fracture management techniques\, instrumentation\, and operativ
 e workflow in a high-yield\, small-group learning environment. This event 
 is ideal for students interested in orthopedics\, surgery\, or procedural 
 specialties who want early hands-on experience and mentorship from practic
 ing surgeons and trainees.\n\nSpace may be limited due to lab capacity. Pr
 ofessional attire and adherence to lab safety guidelines are required.
