Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death? On average, someone dies of heart disease every 33 seconds. In 2021, 693,021 people died from heart disease followed by Cancer (604,553), and Covid (415,399). The good news is that it is never too late to take steps to keep your heart healthy. In this workshop, participants will learn about the foods that can reduce your risk and how to incorporate them into your everyday diet.
