Feeling overwhelmed by stress in college? Thriving in Higher Ed is a one-hour virtual program focused on practical strategies students can actually use to manage stress and build resilience. Attendees will learn concrete wellness tools, identify campus mental health resources and learn how to access them, and connect directly with Peer Educators and a Campus Community Health Worker for navigation support. Participants receive a Certificate of Participation and a free digital wellness toolkit. Open to all students seeking realistic, accessible ways to support their mental well-being.
