This class will be focused on Valentine's Day Cocktails, with a twist. We will talk about the history of Valentine's Day and some of the libations and pairings that have grown to become synonymous with the holiday. The cocktails we learn will be original cocktails created to resemble famous couples throughout history.  We will discuss composition and why certain ingredients are used. Must be at least 21 years old to register and attend.
