Visiting artist Nicole Seisler will present a public lecture on Wednesday, September 20, at 5:30 p.m. in the Glidden Recital Hall.

Seisler is a Portland-based ceramic artist whose work investigates time, materiality, process, psychology, and the overlapping roles of artist/viewer/participant/collaborator. She will discuss her work including the project Hand-Pressed Souvenirs, a participatory project which will be activated in the Kennedy Museum of Art for the In Hand exhibition opening September 22.
