What is “Appalachian Cooking?” Most broadly, anything cooked in Appalachia. In this exhibit, Appalachian cooking is expressed in three formats: local recipes from Ohio University faculty and staff, cookbooks showcasing regional cuisine, and photographs which document the history of cooking at Ohio University.
