**Selected applicants must attend all sessions to receive their nonacademic credit certificate.**

About:

All participants are expected to attend all four sessions. The training will focus on participants identifying personal leadership characteristics:

- Exploring best practices of effective leadership
- Finding success buddies
- Networking
- Developing community
- Finding effective mentors

Training will be provided by national, regional, and local experts in leadership and is paid for by a grant from RHE Workforce Development and generous sponsors.
